Dear Business to Business (B2B) Customer,
The prices you see first-off in our webshop are retail prices including 25% VAT. In order to view our wholesale prices (without VAT) and place an order, please sign up and wait for a confirmation email that your account has been activated. Alternatively please contact us at info@angelcircle.net with your shop details and VAT-number and we will arrange an account for you. Please note that Danish B2B customers will still see prices including VAT. We will only accept customers who are buying with the intention of reselling our goods. Once your account is activated, you can log-in with your password and enjoy shopping.
After log-in you should now be able to see the wholesale prices without VAT for each article, if you are not a Danish customer. If you are a Danish B2B customer, the first price you will see is the wholesale price including 25% VAT. On each style there are three prices listed, the first one is the wholesale price without VAT (the price that you are interested in), the second is the crossed over retail price and the third is how much you save compared to the retail price. So if you look at the % discount shown on each item this is misleading, as it is the % discount compared to the retail price. This means that if an item has 55-59% discounted, it is actually sold at its normal wholesale price. It is only items with approximately 70%, 75% and 80 % dicsount that are actually discounted by 30%, 40% and 50% on the wholesale price. When you have placed an order through the webshop, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail, confirming your order. If everything is ok we will make shipment to you as soon as possible. Otherwise we will contact you if we have any questions.
Privacy:
At Angel Circle we ensure that your personal information is not disclosed to a third party. When placing the order, you fill out basic information such as name, address, telephone number, VAT number and e-mail address, this information is used only by Angel Circle to ensure that your order reaches you. If you agree to receive our newsletter from angelcircle.net, we will use the program Mailchimp to keep your records up to date. This means that your data will be collected by, transferred to and processed via Mailchimp. Mailchimp lives up to the new privacy rules that General Data Protection Regulations from EU which will be effectuated May 25, 2018. You may unsubscribe to our newsletter at any time.
Pricing:
All prices on www.angelcircle.net are quoted with or without 25% VAT dependent on whether you are a Danish or non-Danish customer, and are without custom duties and freight charges. For customers in the EU we will not charge VAT, if you have a valid VAT number. Customers outside EU will not be charged VAT. Please note that in these countries you are responsible for paying the custom duties and import VAT, according to your country's regulations. We will ship your goods together with an invoice and you will have the following payment options. If you need to pay before delivery we will send you an invoice by email. Please note for UK customers: as we are not registered importers into the UK, we are not able to sell/ship any orders for less than GBP 135, which is why we have implemented a very high freight cost on orders for less than GBP 135 to discourage any such orders.
Payment options:
For established B2B customers from the EU, Norway, Switzerland and United Kingdom you have two options:
1. pay within 8 days and get 1% discount
2. pay latest 30 days after invoice date.
For new customers and customers residing outside EU, we ask for payment before delivery.
You can make payment by making a bank transfer to our Danish kroner account or a bank transfer to our Euro account. We do not accept cheques as the Danish banks will not take them.

Freight charges:
For orders valued below EURO 1000 freight charges will apply. For EU orders valued over EURO 1000, the freight is free of charge. For orders to be shipped outside of EU please contact us for freight price. Note that we cannot ship any orders below GBP 135 to the United Kingdom.
Returns:
If you place an order for our stock items, you are entitled as per the Danish regulations to return any unused item within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly accept returns or exchange the unused item for a different size or color. Please note the customer must pay for the return freight and we do not accept return parcels sent by "Cash on Delivery" (COD).
In case you receive any damaged or missing item, your order will be replaced free of charge, or we will refund the value of the goods if you prefer so. Remember to inform us of the cost of return freight so we can credit it. Please always fill out and enclose the "Return Note" with all returns and indicate the reason for return and/or what you would like to exchange the item to.
If you have placed an order for items that are not in stock, please be informed that the articles you have ordered will be produced especially for you. This means that when you place an order for items not in stock (special order or forward order) you are legally bound to receive and make payment for the order.
