Pricing:
All prices on www.angelcircle.net include 25% Danish VAT for all EU orders. Customers outside the EU (including countries like Faeroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and the UK) will not be charged VAT but will have to pay VAT and duty according to the regulations in their country. Please note: As we are not registered importers into the UK, we are not able to sell/ship any orders for less than GBP 135, which is why we have implemented a very high freight cost on orders for less than GBP 135 to discourage any such orders.

We offer these payment options for customers outside Denmark:

The purchase amount will be raised from your account when the product(s) is shipped.
If you choose to make a Credit card payment or you choose to make a Bank Transfer all payments takes place via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encrypted connection, ensuring that neither Angel Circle or anyone else can see your personal data and credit card details, giving customers security against misuse of their information.
If you choose to pay via credit card please be warned that this procedure will use 3D clearing of your payment. This is an extra security procedure where your credit card payment is verified via a code sent to your mobile phone. So you will need to set up your phone details in your bank the first time you use this kind of 3D secured payment, just follow the instructions that you receive during payment.

*PLEASE NOTE: we cannot ship to the UK unless you order for more than GBP 135, thus we have made our freight charges very high to discourage this. This is because we are not registered importers into the UK and thus there is this minimum from the UK customs side.
Unable to deliver the package:
If a package cannot be delivered, the customer will receive a message with information about where and how long the package can be collected. If the package is not collected, it will be returned to Angel Circle and the money (minus shipping costs) will be refunded.
Returns and Refunds:
You have 30 days from reception of your order to inform us if you want to return any goods. We will need the goods returned latest one month after delivery to the customer. Please note the customer must pay for the return freight and we do not accept return parcels sent by "Cash on Delivery" (COD). When you return goods then you can choose between money back or an exchange into another product. Please include a note in the return package to inform us what you would like to do.
In case of any damaged or missing items, you can choose between money back or free replacement of the goods.
