All prices on www.angelcircle.net include 25% Danish VAT. The goods are shipped free of charge when the order amount is min. DKK 700 or the equivalent in other currencies (approx. EUR 94, GBP 82). Customers outside the EU will not be charged VAT but will have to pay VAT and duty according to the regulations in their country.
Please note that at present the webshop is set up in Danish kroner. This means that although you can change the currencies in the top right hand corner to EURO, GPB or USD and see the prices in these currencies, when you check-out the total will be in the Danish kroner equivalent.
The purchase amount will be raised from your account when the product(s) is shipped.

If you choose to make a Credit card payment through Clearhaus (VISA, MasterCard or Maestro) or Paypal please be warned that this procedure will want to use 3D clearing of your payment. This is an extra security procedure where your credit card payment is verified via a code sent to your mobile phone. So you will need to set up your phone details in your bank the first time you use this kind of 3D secured payment.
If you choose to pay via MobilePay or you choose to make a Bank Transfer all payments takes place via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encrypted connection, ensuring that neither Angel Circle or anyone else can see your personal data and credit card details, giving customers security against misuse of their information.

For orders valued below DKK 700 or equivalent in other currencies (approx EUR 94, GBP 82) freight charges will be invoiced with 50 DKK for Denmark, 120 DKK (EUR 16) for shipment to the EU, and 240 DKK (EUR 32) for shipment outside the EU. You can see the freight amount when you make the order. The goods are shipped free of charge when the order amount is minimum DKK 700 or the equivalent in other currencies (approx. EUR 94, GBP 82). We ship with PostDanmark inside Denmark and with UPS inside and outside the EU.
You have 30 days after you have received the goods where you can inform us that you want to return any goods, then we will return your payment. We will need the goods returned latest one month after delivery to the customer. Please note the customer must pay for the return freight and we do not accept return parcels sent by "Cash on Delivery" (COD). If you return goods then you can choose between money back or change to other product.
In case of any damage or missing item, your order will be replace free of charge, or we can refund the value of the goods if you prefer so. Please always fill out and enclose a Return Note with all returns indicating the reason for return and what you would like to happen, either exchange for what or money back.

Complaints - If there is something wrong with the product
Your purchase of covered by the Sale of Goods Act, including lack rules. This means, that the consumer has 24 months warranty, that you can either have a faulty product repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. Of course it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by an incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.
In January 2016 there were adopted a new legislation in relation to the Consumer Complaints Act. We will allways suggest to contact us and solve any complaints but in case there is an dispute we cant solve. You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. We recommend that you let us know as soon as possible, and latest within 2 months after the defect was discovered.
